FREE Options..

Your apartment For a happy party, follow these 5 golden rules: 1). Keep it structured 2). Keep it small 3). Keep it short 4). Keep it simple 5). Keep the kids busy

Your favorite local restaurant Local restaurants may not advertise that they do private parties, but that doesn’t mean they won’t be happy to work with you. Reserve a table or two, pay for the food, and leave a nice tip. They get great business and you save hundreds of dollars that you would have spent on renting a party space: it’s a win-win.

Your child’s school If you ask permission and give advance notice, many elementary schools will let you coordinate a short class party in your child’s classroom. Hire a professional children’s entertainer, bring in some cupcakes and your child can celebrate his or her special day with the entire class. No need to worry about invitations, renting space, etc. Perfect for kids in Pre-K and Kindergarten.

If your child is older or you want a longer party, then you can still ask the school about space options. You’ll probably be able to rent the cafeteria, gymnasium, etc. for an affordable price.

Still need help finding a place to party? Call me on my toll-free line and I’ll give you more options tailored to your budget and needs: 1-855-624-4238.

My name is Magic Evan, and I wish you the best in the planning and execution of your special event!
